Your role will be to deal with new and regular customers on the phone, handling service enquiries to grow our business - primarily in the Automotive sector.
Handling both incoming and making outgoing sales calls, dealing with customer enquiries in a friendly, professional and proactive manner.
Being able to match products and services to a customer's needs, in turn providing an effective and efficient service.
Working as part of the team, you will deliver excellent customer care and online assistance for customers.
You will need:
to be proactive and enthusiastic with a passion for sales whilst offering high quality customer service to customers
a clear telephone voice and good telephone manner are essential
to be an excellent communicator, with good customer service skills
to demonstrate good attention to detail, patience, accuracy, with the ability to meet sales goals
to be IT literate with Microsoft word & excel skills, although not essential
to have good data entry skills and be able to learn our CRM system quickly
