Canova Medical is part of a wider chain of Private Dermatology clinics with a presence in London, Manchester and now Liverpool. Our main office is located in Glasgow and this is where the successful candidate will work from.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to warm leads and securing appointments through effective communication. This role is crucial in driving sales and building relationships with patients.

Responsibilities

Conduct outbound calls to potential patients to discuss our services and their suitability. Utilise CRM softwares to track interactions, manage leads, and update patient information. Maintain a professional demeanour while building rapport with patients over the phone. Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns and previous interactions. Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for improving outreach efforts. Provide feedback on customer responses to help refine marketing strategies.

Qualifications

Proven experience in telemarketing or a similar sales role is preferred. Familiarity with sales processes and techniques. Proficient in using CRM softwares for lead management. Excellent communication skills in English. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage patients effectively over the phone. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and motivation. A positive attitude towards challenges and a desire to achieve sales targets.
