Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telemarketer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, promoting our products and services, and generating leads. This role requires excellent communication skills and a passion for sales, as you will be the first point of contact for many of our clients.

Duties

Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products and services. Engage potential clients in conversation to understand their needs and present suitable solutions. Maintain accurate records of calls made and customer interactions using Salesforce software. Follow up on leads generated through various channels to maximise conversion rates. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective telemarketing strategies and scripts. Continuously improve sales techniques through feedback and training sessions.

Skills

Strong verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively. Proven experience in sales or telemarketing is advantageous. Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is preferred but not essential. Excellent listening skills, with the ability to understand customer needs effectively. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach, demonstrating resilience in overcoming objections. Strong organisational skills, with attention to detail in maintaining accurate records.
