Job Summary


We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Sales, Marketing and Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be confident, well presented and be able to work as part of a team.

Duties



Proactively contact customers by telephone. Build rapport and trust with customers. Follow up on quotations and calls in a timely and professional manner, aiming to convert these into confirmed site visits and future orders. Assist with a range of administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, photocopying, and preparing documents. Accurately input details of prospective and new customers onto our internal systems. Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records. Assist with scheduling appointments and managing diaries. Handle incoming and outgoing calls. Support other team members with ad-hoc administrative duties as required. Ensuring all customers receive a comprehensive and courteous service. Proactively generate and follow up on leads. Hitting set targets. Cold Calling / New Business generation. Follow up calls on email campaigns. Contacting new and existing customers via phone and emails to generate further business opportunities and achieve product penetration.

The Ideal Candidate Will Possess:



Demonstrable experience in a role involving significant telephone communication, ideally with some experience in discussing or promoting services. Excellent telephone manner and strong verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate information clearly and persuasively. Confidence in engaging with customers over the phone and building positive relationships. Previous experience in sales and administrative roles preferable but not essential. Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Proficiency in using standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office). Ability to work independently and as part of a team. A proactive and positive attitude with a willingness to learn. Experience with CRM systems is desirable but not essential as training will be provided. A 'can-do', flexible attitude Reliability, being able to show an excellent timekeeping and attendance record. Have attention to detail. Work efficiently to achieve and exceed sales targets. Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. A flexible approach to work. Great time management. Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills. Excellent rates of pay and opportunities for growth and progression. Salary



An excellent salary with potential bonuses, subject to relevant experience.

Salary to be confirmed when working hours agreed i.e part time/full time.

A good rate of commission on sales contracts.

Job Type: Full-time or Part Time Permanent, Hours negotiable.
