Responsibilities
Conduct telemarketing activities to generate new leads and follow up on existing prospects.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and personalized service.
Utilize Salesforce to manage customer interactions, track sales progress, and report on performance metrics.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for increasing market share and achieving sales targets.
Provide product knowledge and support to clients, ensuring they are informed about the features and benefits of our offerings.
Attend training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
Participate in team meetings to share insights, discuss challenges, and celebrate successes.

Experience

A proven ability to engage with clients over the phone and face-to-face, demonstrating confidence and professionalism.
