We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Telemarketer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for sales.

You will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers looking to have new boiler installations within a 24 hour period and promoting our services.

Responsibilities

Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our products and services. Engage in meaningful conversations to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions. Maintain accurate records of interactions using CRM software. Follow up with leads and nurture relationships to convert prospects into customers. Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies for outreach. Provide feedback on customer responses and market trends to improve marketing strategies.

Requirements

Proven experience in sales or telemarketing is highly desirable. Proficiency in using CRM software is an advantage. Excellent communication skills in English. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and a positive attitude towards challenges. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
