About the Role



Are you driven by targets and passionate about delivering excellent customer service? We're looking for an enthusiastic Internal Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team! You will play a pivotal role in driving sales development and customer base, ensuring both sales growth and the highest standards of customer care.

Key Responsibilities



Make outbound calls to both potential and existing customers to promote our products and services, using daily call lists. Achieve individual and team sales targets through effective persuasion, negotiation, and determination. Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships by understanding customer needs and delivering tailored solutions. Maximise revenue opportunities through selling and upselling products and services. Stay informed about product ranges, services, pricing, and promotions to confidently address customer questions and overcome objections. Reactivate dormant customer accounts and open new business opportunities within your territory. Handle customer complaints and queries promptly, escalating issues where necessary to secure resolutions. Maintain up-to-date and accurate customer records in our internal systems. Embrace and implement our multichannel strategy to enhance customer engagement. Attend and participate in team meetings, kick-offs, and training sessions, including e-learnings as required. Share knowledge by participating in ride-alongs and the training of new employees. Get involved in special projects and actively promote events as needed. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to continually refine sales strategies.

Person Specification



Essential:

Strong motivation to meet and exceed sales targets. Confident, clear telephone manner with excellent listening and rapport-building skills. Team player with a willingness to share and learn collaboratively. Highly proactive with a positive, ethical, and customer-focused approach. Organised with good time management skills--able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Eager to learn and adapt to new products, systems, and techniques. Passionate about sales and customer satisfaction.
Desirable:

Previous experience in sales, telesales, or customer service (preferred but not essential). Basic product, service, or industry knowledge (full training provided). Skilled at negotiation, persuasion, and closing sales. Resilient and able to maintain motivation despite rejection. Comfortable using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 24,420.00-25,000.00 per year
