Part time 25 hours week, permanent position.

Flexible hours and extended time off during school holidays may be considered for a very strong candidate. However our target base work Monday - Friday, 9 - 5 and this must be taken into consideration.

Office or hybrid based, (if hybrid based intrusive performance management is used).

Job role
Telesales into existing customer base, obtaining customer requirements, flag waving, dishing out discount codes and forwarding high end leads to colleagues with specialist product knowledge.
- Calling customers straight after they make an online purchase to offer upsell / additional products
- Calling customers shortly after warranties expire to offer maintenance products / upgrades / consumables
- Calling dormant customers to remind them that we are still here
- Contacting old leads that have gone cold
- Build up and maintain a CRM database

Candidate must have and enjoy using their excellent sales, persuasion and communications skills.

Within the office be of a friendly approachable manner to coincide with our company ethos.

Training and direct support from the Company Owner, Service Manager, Admin Team and equipment manufacturers.

We are open Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm, we do NOT open weekends or bank holidays. Considerable flexibility on working hours is available.
