We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telemarketer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a passion for sales. As a Telemarketer, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, promoting our products and services, and generating leads. This role requires proficiency in English, with the ability to communicate in Spanish being a valuable asset.

Responsibilities

Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to promote products and services. Effectively communicate the benefits of our offerings to generate interest and secure appointments. Maintain accurate records of calls made and customer interactions using Salesforce or other software tools. Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns and previous customer interactions. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition from telemarketing to sales closure. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Experience

Previous experience in telemarketing or sales is preferred but not essential; we are willing to train the right candidate. Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively. Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is advantageous. Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of Spanish is a plus. A positive attitude, resilience, and the ability to handle rejection gracefully are essential traits for success in this role.
