We are a growing sports coaching company dedicated to delivering high-quality classes and camps for young people. We're looking for a proactive and organised Telesales Representative to join our team and help us manage and convert inbound interest into bookings.
As the Telesales Representative, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients. You'll play a crucial role in managing our lead generation centre--monitoring inquiries, responding via phone and converting leads into bookings for our classes and camps.
Monitor and respond to leads across social media platforms
Call warm leads and guide them through the booking process
Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, and appointments
Manage the booking calendar and coordinate with the coaching team
Follow up with potential clients who have shown interest but not yet booked
Provide excellent customer service and communicate the benefits of our programs
Work closely with marketing to stay up to date on promotions and offerings
