Our data-driven solutions help Schools, Trusts, and Local Authorities optimise estate planning, admissions, and capital funding applications.
We are looking for a motivated self-driven Telesales Representative to join our friendly sales team. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal and sales skills, be client focused, and able to work well in a team environment.
Reporting to the Sales Manager, the role is to locate opportunities within the existing customer database. All inbound calls and email/web enquiries will be your responsibility to manage/refer as appropriate.
Supported by the Sales Manager, you will contribute to the sales pipeline by identifying new opportunities and building strong relationships with existing clients to upsell services through regular communication. Main duties require you to:
Contact existing and potential clients via telephone to discuss/introduce them to our services
Identify current estates data position and discuss the features and benefits of our services
Respond to client enquiries and refer to appropriate person/team as required
Maintain accurate records of all sales leads, deals won, and client account activity
Onboard new clients and communicate progress of projects
Requirements
1-2 years B2B sales experience
Confident and professional telephone etiquette
Outbound and cold calling experience
IT literate
Proven organisational skills
