SUPERVISION

Reports to and works under the administrative supervision of the Telesales Manager.

SUMMARY

As a Ria Tele sales representative, the duties include making outbound calls to potential

businesses, introducing them to Ria money transfer services, and helping them become Ria

agents.

Your main objective will be to expand the network of agents in the UK, to present the Ria

Money Transfer Service as a business opportunity, to sign them up as agents and to have

an understanding and appreciation of their requirements.

Your role entails closing sales deals through phone calls, training new agents while

maintaining a portfolio of new agents and helping generate new business for the company.

We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills and the ability to interact

effectively with people. In addition, the ideal candidate should be confident in presenting

products/services over the phone and handling customer complaints and concerns.

The role's main objective is to help the company grow its agent network in the UK by

bringing new businesses on board.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

As a Telesales Account Manager, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to the

following:

Calling potential businesses, introducing Ria money transfer services, and onboarding them

as Ria agents.

Developing new sales opportunities using outbound cold emails, cold calls and lead Follow ups. Managing the entire sales process from identifying prospects, cold calling, face-to-face

meetings, conducting presentations and user demonstrations.

Training new agents and managing a portfolio of new businesses while providing business

support to grow new business transactions.

Fulfilling the monthly and yearly new business sales targets. Monitor KPIs and sales achievements. Researching for new leads and making outbound calls to potential businesses (SMEs).



Maintaining a record of day-to-day calls and sales activities. Participating in and contributing to regular team meetings to generate new ideas and success. Keeping up to date with the latest industry developments and company offerings. You will actively demonstrate an understanding of Ria operations and systems

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS

Fluent English +Additional language (Asian or Eastern European language) Previous telesales experience Experience working with other money transfer companies would be a bonus. Strong work ethic and positive attitude. Experience working within a target-driven team environment. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) Strong analytical skills Excellent time management skills Excellent problem-solving skills Ability to work well under pressure. Business development experience To be well-organized and thorough Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (i.e., Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook

Ria Money Transfer offers a competitive salary and benefits package. The reasonable estimated pay for this role ranges from

(28,000 to 30,000).
