Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telemarketer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, promoting our products and services, and generating sales leads. This role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products and services. Engage with potential clients, providing information and addressing any queries they may have. Utilise databse to track calls and log all information. Maintain accurate records of calls made and outcomes achieved. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth transitions from leads to sales. Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns and other sources. Achieve required call targets. Part of the working day will involve administration and assisting placing orders on the system or assisting the team with preperation of sales quotes.

Skills

Proficient in using software applications. Strong command of English. Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences. Previous experience in sales or telemarketing is essential. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and motivation. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in managing customer information and follow-ups.
