We are seeking administrator to join the Accounts team for
6-8 weeks fixed term contract.
The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the Accounts & Finance Manager and Accounts Assistant. Although this role is full time (8:30am - 5pm) we will consider part time applications.
The job role will include (but not limited to):
Daily use of Sage Accounts
Following up on all invoice/payment queries in a timely manner
Reconciliation of purchase ledger accounts and aged creditors control
Act as the first point of contact for supplier queries
Follow up on all invoice/payment queries in a timely manner
Support general finance tasks as required by the team
Purchasing support
Telephone duties
The ideal candidate will have skills in:
Microsoft Excel
Communication and organisation
Accuracy and attention to detail
Sage Accounts (ideally)
