The Role



We are currently seeking a part-time Administrative Assistant (up to 16 hours per week) to support our Project team with day-to-day administrative tasks. This temporary position will run until the end of September 2025, with the potential to be extended or concluded earlier, depending on business needs.


If you're organised, reliable, and have a solid background in administration, we'd love to hear from you. We value someone who can hit the ground running with excellent administrative support skills and an organised approach to daily tasks.


Key Responsibilities




The role includes, but is not limited to, the following duties:


Processing

invoices

Filing

documents (digital and/or physical)

Photocopying

and document preparation

Binding

materials for presentations or meetings

Answering phone calls

and handling basic queries

Assisting with follow-ups

and other administrative tasks as needed Supporting the team with ad hoc tasks

About You




A strong background in administrative assistance



Excellent organisational and communication skills



A proactive and reliable approach to tasks



Comfortable working independently and managing varied tasks



Previous experience in a similar office or team support role
