We are seeking a reliable and proactive individual to join our team as a Temporary Administrative Assistant. This role will provide essential support in bringing our CRM system up to date. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, possess strong organizational skills, and be comfortable with data entry tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Check/comparing data from one platform to a new CRM
Checking the data records of candidates to ensure all data tags are completed
Ensure each candidate on database has CV attached and where missing contacting the candidate for an updated CV
Identifying any missing key elements of information and obtaining and updating data base (CRM)
Essential skills:
IT literate
Strong organisational skills and time management abilities
Flexible and adaptable work approach
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
