Position Details:

• End Date: Friday 6th March

• Pay: 18 - 20 p/h

Key Responsibilities:
As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role during our peak application assessment period. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting in the assessment of applications for educational programs.

• Following up with applicants to ensure all necessary documents are submitted.

• Maintaining accurate records and managing application files with a keen eye for detail.

• Supporting the team in various administrative tasks to enhance operational efficiency.

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience in a learner/education administrative role is highly desirable.

• Technical Aptitude: Comfortable navigating different systems and platforms, including experience using Google Sheets for data tracking

• Strong attention to detail - you'll need to spot missing documents and ensure everything is in order.

• Exceptional organisational skills - manage multiple tasks and priorities with ease.

• Excellent communication skills - you'll be reaching out to applicants and collaborating with the team.

• A proactive approach - take the initiative to streamline processes and enhance our application workflow.
