Reporting to the Store Management team, you'll be a highly responsible and visible member of the Customer Service team, willing and able to make an impact from day one. Due to the nature of our business, you'll also present a professional image of Healthy Pet Store to local veterinary practices, trainers, and other complementary businesses.
The role requires you to demonstrate your passion for retail and pets in a professional and measured way. We are specialists in fresh feeding and animal enrichment, so an understanding of these elements is desirable.
One of Healthy Pet Store's aims is to normalise the way caregivers shop for their pets in a supermarket-style store whilst at the same time, engaging them positively in a journey from puppy or kitten, or rescue into adulthood.
We are currently recruiting for a Temporary, Part-Time Customer Advisor to join our team to cover a period of maternity leave. This role involves working 16 hours a week. The position is temporary and will run until May 2025. Hours are on a rolling rota provided in advance and include days, evenings, opens, closes, and on/off weekends. There are further hours available to cover leave and sickness.
