Job Purpose


Responsible for the despatching of product from site, right first time and in full in line with internal and external customer expectations.


Principle Accountabilities:

Improve work as part of a team to achieve departmental KPI's with respect to Right first time (RFT), on time in full (OTIF). Ensure pre use fork lift and crane checks have been carried out and documented in line with Health and safety policy. Prepare subcontracted products for collection or shipment. Pack products in line with Customers specification. Ensure test pieces are despatched according to Customers' requirements. Load up collection vehicles with packed products for despatch. Pack product in line with customer specification ready for despatch. Support Fork Lift activities throughout the manufacturing process. Support annual stock take. Encourage and actively contribute to continuous improvement activity. Maintain a tidy working environment to expected levels of housekeeping and organisation at all times.
Essential experience / qualifications:

Previous experience operating as an FLT driver. Previous experience in a heavy manufacturing environment.
