Duties

Welcome guests and ensure they receive excellent hospitality and guest services throughout the event Assist with event set-up and breakdown, including arranging furniture, decorations, and equipment Manage guest enquiries promptly and professionally, providing information as needed Support event management by coordinating activities and ensuring adherence to schedules Monitor the venue to maintain safety standards and cleanliness during the event Handle any unforeseen issues efficiently to ensure a seamless experience for attendees Collaborate with management to ensure all aspects of the event run smoothly and efficiently

Qualifications

Previous experience in management, hospitality, or guest services is desirable but not essential Excellent communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour Strong organisational skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required A proactive attitude with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service Ability to work well within a team environment and independently when necessary

Pay: From 12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 40 per week
