We are seeking a polished, professional and service orientated Front of House in our prestigious high end office building in Solihull.
This is a temporary role for ONE WEEK from Monday 4th - Friday 8th August 8:00am - 5:30pm.
One hour for lunch unpaid. Stationed on the front reception desk.
Key reception responsibilities:
Greet and welcome all visitors, clients, and tenants with warmth and professionalism.
Answer and direct phone calls promptly and courteously.
Maintain a clean and organised reception area.
Monitor visitor logs and ensure guests are properly signed in and escorted as needed.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Assist with light administrative duties such as filing, scanning, and data entry.
Respond to tenant inquiries or service requests and escalate when appropriate.
Essential requirements:
Proven front of house experience in a high end corporate environment
Impeccable personal presentation. Dress code: business professional
A friendly, welcoming disposition (interpersonal skills)
Reliable and professional at all times
Excellent written and fluent verbal communication in English
Pro-active with strong organisational and multitasking abilities
Stationed at the front desk or lobby for the majority of the shift.
