As bespoke craftspeople, we create the finest free-standing and fitted furniture to individual specification for many of the world's most prestigious residential and commercial addresses. Role Summary



This is a varied, hands-on role covering admin, HR support, procurement, logistics, project support and general office upkeep. Ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced creative environment and loves keeping things running smoothly. Responsibilities include but not limited to...

Admin & HR Support



Managing shared inboxes, calls, visitors and general office tasks Scanning, filing, updating trackers, preparing weekly paperwork Assisting with recruitment, holiday/sickness records, expenses & mileage Supporting Finance with invoices, timesheet hours

Procurement



Ordering stock/consumables, tracking purchases Maintaining procurement and purchasing records

Logistics



Receiving deliveries, updating goods in documentation, labelling & storing items Organising deliveries/collections (UK & international)

Project Support



Helping coordinate project actions Supporting daily production & project meetings

Health & Safety



Attending weekly H&S meeting and updating action lists

Housekeeping



Light daily housekeeping tasks

Ideal candidate...



Strong admin & organisational skills Confident communicator (phone/email/in person)
Excellent IT skills (Excel, Outlook, Word)

Proactive, reliable and a good multitasker

Comfortable working across office & workshop environments
