Admin & HR Support
Managing shared inboxes, calls, visitors and general office tasks
Scanning, filing, updating trackers, preparing weekly paperwork
Assisting with recruitment, holiday/sickness records, expenses & mileage
Supporting Finance with invoices, timesheet hours
Procurement
Ordering stock/consumables, tracking purchases
Maintaining procurement and purchasing records
Comfortable working across office & workshop environments
