Clever are a leading Sales and Lettings Agency located in the heart of Plymouth and we are looking for 6 temporary Property Inspectors to help us with our end of year checkouts!

This is short term initially but with the opportunity for further temporary work throughout the year or even a hire of a full time position.

Dates of available work are the 17h of Aug through to the 6th of September with weekend working preferred:

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSBILITIES

To produce accurate and timely reports for checkouts/mid-tenancy inspections/inventories using our software system, this involves visiting the properties and completing these reports efficiently using a mobile or tablet.

Working out 'in the field' inspecting our properties

Identifying potential hazards and maintenance issues that could endanger our tenants well being

Working closely with the property management team

Updating the in-house software with all information to provide a seamless service.

Assisting with moving tenants out or into properties

Record the condition of the property

Identify damages caused in the property

Basic repairs and feedback to the office team in regard to repairs

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Good communication manner (both verbal and written), able to remain calm under pressure and problem solve

Ability to prioritise workload in a faced paced environment

Attention to detail

IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)

Strong organisational skills with methodical approach and ability to multi-task;

Work well under pressure and to tight deadlines.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 12.21 per hour
