Key areas of the role:

The role has a huge scope as you will support and cover multiple areas of the operation:

Check all site emails daily ensuring a quick response to queries

Be prepared and adapt to the needs of the client and employees

Maintain the ethos of being a DayMaker; the maker of someone's day whilst being a WPA and observing company values

Ensure employee requirements are at the heart of everything you do

Welcoming visitors and guests

You will have the determination and creation to drive our operation contributing to making us the best we can be! You have supported a team and helped lead clients to excellence Worked in an environment where client demands are managed and be able to produce and execute innovative ideas whilst meeting deadlines You have worked in a concierge role previously You can remain motivated at all times and take responsibility for actions, work well under pressure, and be able to negotiate You have the proven ability to communicate both written and verbally in a clear and concise way
