Salary - from circa 22,500 dependant on experience
This is a fantastic opportunity to join our busy, residential conveyancing support team.
High level secretarial (including audio typing/ digital dictation), IT and communication skills and experience
are essential
and previous residential conveyancing and / or legal services experience is preferable. You must be used to working in a fast paced office environment, handling confidential information, working to multiple deadlines and providing exceptional customer care to clients.
You must be able to multitask, organise and prioritise effectively and be an excellent team player. Professionalism and integrity and the ability to work quickly with a high degree of accuracy are essential.

Significant experience providing a professional secretarial service within a residential conveyancing or legal services environment
Experience of working in a busy and fast paced environment
Experience of providing high levels of client care face to face and over the telephone
Experience of undertaking digital dictation accurately and quickly
Experience of working on a range of computer software packages
Experience of handling confidential information appropriately
