Temporary Team Manager Salary up to 57,110 per annum





We are looking for strong and aspiring leaders to motivate, nurture and manage teams within children's social care to ensure we provide an effective service that makes a difference to children and young peoples' lives.



Ensuring your team meets statutory requirements for children affected by different circumstances, you will manage performance and quality assurance alongside resources and budgets in collaboration with key stakeholders.



Overseeing team performance, you will provide effective professional and practice supervision (including reflective supervision) and staff performance appraisals, alongside ensuring effective assessment, risk management and child protection and care planning.



You will be involved in inspection preparation, assist the team in accessing resources across council and partner agencies to promote positive outcomes for children, and you will develop and sustain productive relationships with peers, stakeholders and partners, including schools.
