Temporary Works Coordinator
We are seeking an experienced Temporary Works Coordinator (TWC) to support structural demolition works. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and safe management of a designed propping system, ensuring compliance with all relevant temporary works procedures and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as Temporary Works Coordinator during demolition activities where a designed propping system is in place. Ensure all temporary works are carried out in accordance with the approved design and company procedures. Liaise with site management, engineers, and contractors to maintain safety and compliance throughout the works. Provide on-site coordination and oversight during critical stages of the project.
Requirements:
Valid Temporary Works Coordinator Certificate (essential) UKATA Asbestos Awareness Certificate (preferred) Strong knowledge of temporary works procedures and structural safety Excellent communication and coordination skills
Job Type: Temporary
Contract length: 1 month
Pay: 200.00-300.00 per day
