Tenancy Administrator - Richmond





Our Tenancy Department is made up of passionate, highly professional, and well-trained individuals. As a Tenancy Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients receive the exceptional customer service they deserve throughout their time with us. Our dedicated team takes full responsibility for overseeing daily operations within their assigned portfolio.


The Role





As part of the Tenancy Team, you will oversee tenancies that are not on a full management service, acting as a key point of contact for tenants and landlords who require support throughout the duration of their tenancy. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:


Managing a shared portfolio alongside the team Confirming landlord and tenant instructions regarding the return of security deposits Ensuring portfolio compliance by coordinating gas and electrical safety inspections Maintaining a solid understanding of lettings legislation to provide accurate and helpful guidance Handling daily queries from both landlords and tenants Maintaining clear, timely communication throughout each tenancy Authorising contractor invoices Negotiating tenancy renewals and ensuring all necessary compliance and documentation are in place Processing tenancy terminations and ensuring effective close-down procedures
