We are looking for a compassionate and proactive Tenancy Sustainment Officer to help vulnerable residents across Ealing maintain their tenancies and live more independently.
In this rewarding role, you will build trusted relationships with tenants, identify support needs through proactive visits, and work in partnership with internal teams and external agencies to coordinate tailored support. You will provide practical help and advice, contribute to safeguarding, and make sure residents can access the services they need to thrive in their homes and communities.
You will need excellent communication skills, experience supporting vulnerable people, and the ability to manage a varied caseload with care and professionalism.

This role is deemed customer facing and as such you must have a command of spoken English which is sufficient to enable you to effectively perform the role. This requirement relates to Part 7 of the Immigration Act 2016.
