Overview:
We have a great opportunity for a Tenant Liaison Officer (TLO) to join our team. The successful candidate will be working on the HIP contract for Aberdeenshire Council, along with other ongoing retrofit projects, developing positive relationships with residents to provide information and support during the refurbishment and maintenance works.
Responsibilities:
Maintain and develop all tenant related activities with control and co-ordination whilst establishing close working relationships with all customers, clients and external stakeholders (including Site Management and Sub-Contractors)
Visit tenants in their homes to advise them on when and what work is being carried out & discuss programmed works & timescales.
Providing support to tenants during the work programme.
Participating in site and project team meetings when required.
Monitor customer complaints, escalate and finding resolutions in partnership with the site team.
Monitor customer satisfaction.
Maintenance and correlation of all files and documents connected with the contract.
Skills / experience:
To be considered for this position applicants will have the following attributes:
Ability to build trust and maintain positive relationships with diverse individuals.
Ability to prioritise ongoing planned work, manage multiple tasks, appointments and work under pressure autonomously within allocated resources and to tight deadlines.
Ability to handle complaints and resolve disputes calmly and professionally.
Requirement:
Full UK driving license.
The successful candidate will be provided with a commercial vehicle for business use.
