The successful applicant will become part of an expanding family run business assisting with the execution of a Windows & Doors replacement programme within the social housing sector.
The role is predominately site based, as you will be the first point of contact for Tenants, Residents and will work closely with our site manager and assigned TLO from our client, helping provide excellent customer service to our client and customers.
The role will encompass a range of responsibilities including:- Support customers, particularly any vulnerable customers, manage engagement client relationships to engage on access procedures, installation programmes and community benefits. Assist the Contract Manager obtain programme progress for weekly reports via daily visits to properties by logging all calls & visits for referencing. Responsible for preparing & issuing any newsletters or appointments to Tenants or neighbours alike. General administrative support, inc note taking at meetings. Responsible for keeping training records up to date for all staff.
The successful applicant will be self motivated, have excellent organisational skills & well versed in customer service, ideally within the social housing sector. An ability to cope well under pressure, have excellent communication skills whilst being tactful and diplomatic in verbal responses is essential. Excellent Numeracy, Literacy & IT skills are required to fulfil this post.
You will be working with residents on a daily basis to ensure communication is maintained at all times, and that we are accommodating their individual needs. You will be resolving customer queries, questions and complaints and liaising with the site manager and our trade's people to ensure all work is completed as planned with minimum disruption to the Tenant.

Essential: You must hold a full clean driving licence as this role is mostly site based with a small element of admin to be completed from our office. A company vehicle will be provided along with fuel card for use within working hours.
? Working hours & salary: Working hours are Mon-Fri 8.00am-4.30pm. ?Starting from 26000 per annum, depending on experience. ? 20 Days annual leave Plus Bank Holidays.
