Purpose Of the Role:
Responsible for analysing, evaluating, and managing tender processes, including the preparation of detailed sales and tender reports to support strategic decision-making and improve overall business performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to Requests for Information (RFIs) promptly and accurately
Analyse Requests for Quotations (RFQs) and prepare comprehensive summary reports for relevant stakeholders
Coordinate and manage the internal tender response process to ensure timely submissions
Develop and maintain the UK&I Tender database to track opportunities and progress
Create and update the UK&I RFI library for streamlined access to historical information
Maintain and update the Full Truck Load (FTL) Rate Database using data from previous tenders
Oversee the management and administration of tender platforms
Conduct post-tender analyses and prepare debrief reports to identify areas for improvement
Proactively coordinate with customers to build relationships and gather information ahead of upcoming tenders
Generate detailed analytical reports to support decision-making and strategy development
The Ideal candidate will have:
Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office suite
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively
Exceptional attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all tender documentation
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently while lone working
Excellent organisational skills to prioritise and manage multiple tender submissions without supervision
Self-motivation and proactive problem-solving abilities
Strong communication skills to effectively liaise remotely with internal teams and external stakeholders
Experience in coordinating tender processes or similar project management tasks
Reliability and accountability in delivering high-quality work within deadlines
