Duties
Handle data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to maintain organised records
Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams via phone, email, and in person, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette
Assist in analysing data to support strategic decision-making processes
Support administrative functions such as scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining documentation
Foster strong relationships with clients through professional communication and personalised service
Collaborate with team members to achieve organisational goals and improve service delivery
Qualifications
Proven experience in data entry, communication, or administrative roles preferred
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences
Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
Analytical skills to interpret data and generate insights for business improvement
Experience in upselling or sales is advantageous
Organised, proactive, with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently
Demonstrated ability to work well within a team environment and independently when required
