We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teacher to join our educational team. Responsibilities



Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons in subjects such as mathematics, physical education, creative writing, and early childhood education. Support children with special educational needs by adapting teaching strategies to accommodate diverse learning styles. Manage classroom behaviour effectively through behaviour management techniques to maintain a safe and respectful environment. Provide tutoring assistance to students requiring additional help in specific subjects like maths or literacy. Engage children in activities that promote social, emotional, and physical development, including childcare duties when necessary. Proofread and review student work to ensure accuracy and provide constructive feedback for improvement. Incorporate creative teaching approaches to stimulate interest and enthusiasm among pupils. Communicate regularly with parents and colleagues regarding student progress and behavioural concerns. Maintain organised records of lesson plans, assessments, and student achievements in compliance with school policies.

Qualifications



Proven Montessori experience with children in an educational or childcare setting, preferably with preschool or early childhood education background. Knowledge of special education needs and behaviour management strategies. SENDCO TRAINED Strong communication skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and colleagues. Demonstrated ability to develop creative lesson plans that cater to diverse learning abilities. Experience with tutoring or providing additional academic support in core subjects such as maths or creative writing is desirable. Basic proofreading skills for assessing student work accurately. Childcare experience combined with a passion for fostering a positive learning environment is essential. Relevant qualifications in teaching, early childhood education, or special education are highly advantageous.
