ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking an experienced Test Manager to join the business on a full time permanent basis. Based at our Crewe campus the role is offered on a hybrid working basis. Working within Vehicle Cyber Security and focusing on Product Security the Test Manager will report to the Vehicle Cyber Security Manager and is responsible for the test work products for all projects.

Responsibilities include:

  • Responsible for threat modelling, risk analysis and test cases for product cybersecurity.
  • Responsible for managing penetration test for UNECE R155 vehicle type approval.
  • Responsible for test equipment, tools, vehicle demands planning.
  • Responsible for budget/Capex estimations for test aspects for product security.
  • Plan resources and deliverables for all projects to meet project milestones.
  • Coordinates and plans various levels of product security testing
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

The successful applicant will be a delivery focused and experienced Test Manager/Leader. Ideally with technical product security test experience/competencies from within the automotive sector

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:
  • Product security technical competency(UNECE, R155, R156, ISO21434)
  • Software/Programming knowledge (C, C++)
  • Reverse Engineering / Ethical Hacking Experience
  • Understanding of Automotive Architecture & Connected Car
  • Delivery focused
  • Project management and Planning
  • Good communication at various levels in different forums
  • Good presentation skills
  • Ability to influence colleagues within your area of responsibility
  • Test management and Testing experience
  • A degree or equivalent engineering experience is required for all engineering roles.
  • Good communication skills (German language would be advantageous)
