Blending & Baling Department

as a

Textile Operative

.

This is a hands-on role supporting the blending of raw materials and the baling of finished product -- ideal for someone who enjoys routine, physical work in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate blending and baling machinery safely and efficiently Load raw materials into machines according to production specs Monitor mixing processes to ensure consistency and quality Operate baling equipment to package materials for dispatch Perform regular quality checks and record results accurately Report any machinery issues or irregularities promptly Keep work area clean, organised, and safe at all times Follow all health & safety guidelines Support other departments and help with stock control/material movement when needed

Ideal Candidate:

Previous experience in a textile or manufacturing environment (preferred but not essential) Good attention to detail and a strong work ethic Able to work independently and as part of a team Physically fit and comfortable working in a fast-paced setting Reliable with good timekeeping
