ReFactory are specialists in recycling waste considered 'hard to recycle'. Through our innovative recycling facilities across Yorkshire, we rework and transform waste material - especially plastics and textiles, into new products - closing the loop on recycling and offering an end-to-end waste management service for our clients.
Our fashion brand, Exiled, launched in 2025, is where design meets disruption. Where fashion is no longer built on material extraction, but transformation. Where waste becomes raw material and craftsmanship becomes a vessel for social and environmental impact.
As part out our ever expanding creative team, we are looking for an experienced Textile Technician (Pre-Production) to support the textiles team by overseeing inbound textile acceptance, processing, deconstruction and stores.
