We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation and production, with a keen understanding of food safety standards. As a Chef, you will play a crucial role in creating delightful dishes that showcase your culinary skills while managing kitchen operations and leading a team of kitchen staff.
Duties
Oversee all aspects of food preparation and production to ensure high-quality dishes are served.
Develop and implement menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen at all times.
Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to foster a collaborative team environment.
Train new kitchen employees on food preparation techniques, safety standards, and equipment usage.
Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and ingredients, placing orders as necessary to maintain stock.
Collaborate with management to create special event menus and catering options.
Assist in the development of new recipes and presentation styles to enhance the dining experience.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar culinary role, with strong skills in food preparation and production.
In-depth knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
Culinary degree or equivalent qualification is preferred but not essential.
Excellent leadership abilities with experience in supervising kitchen staff.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail in all aspects of food service.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality.
A passion for cooking and creativity in developing new dishes.
Fluent in Thai language
