Hotel Receptionist

to join our team!

About the Role:

As the first point of contact for our guests, you'll provide a warm and professional welcome, helping ensure every stay is memorable. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role, perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests upon arrival, assisting with check-in/check-out efficiently Handle reservations and inquiries via phone, email, and in person Assist guests with local information, bookings, and requests Maintain accurate records, including payments and guest information Coordinate with housekeeping, bar, and restaurant staff to ensure smooth operations Keep the reception area clean, organized, and welcoming at all times
Shift Patterns:

Early Shift:

7:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Late Shift:

3:00 PM - 10:00 PM
(Shifts include weekdays, weekends, and occasional holiday cover)

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in a front desk or customer-facing role (hospitality experience preferred) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Calm and positive demeanor, especially during busy periods Basic IT skills; knowledge of booking systems (training provided) Ability to work well in a busy hotel environment with a bar, restaurant, and wedding events
