Salary:

30,000 - 35,000

Car Allowance:

3,600 P/A

Location:

Flexible, with national travel and regular overnight stays required

We're Looking For A Motivated, Passionate Individual To Help Deliver And Grow A Range Of Engaging Educational Pathways That Embed Therapeutic Practice Across Our Organisation.

About You




You'll bring experience in delivering professional training and education within the health and social care sector. Ideally, you'll also have a background supporting children, young people, or adults. Confident and engaging in front of diverse professional audiences, you'll be passionate about learning, development and and making a meaningful impact.

Key Objectives



Coordinate, deliver, and evaluate training and ongoing support across all services and regions to embed Keys Connect. Collaborate to develop group and individual learning solutions that support both initial training and continued development. Establish a sustainable approach to delivering and monitoring training and learning support. Facilitate professional forums to support the ongoing development and delivery of Keys Connect.

Due to the nature of the role, it is necessary for the appropriate level of criminal record disclosure to be undertaken (DBS).
