You must be able to arrange your own transport for early/late shifts
Candidates will be required to undergo the appropriate medical for the role
Full training provided and uniform provided, knowledge of ticket types would be beneficial

This role has the following salary progression:
starting salary 24,464
, after 6 months of service 25,435, after 12 months 26,471 and a final salary at 24 months 29,429 (all being pro-rated to 17.5 hours)

Key Responsibilities
About the Role:
We are looking for a Ticket Office Clerk to become the friendly face of Greater Anglia at Norwich station. In the role you will be delivering exceptional customer service while helping passengers travel smoothly and safely. Your key responsibilities include:
Selling Tickets and other products like rail cards
Floorwalking duties to cover the Ticket Vending Machine
Reporting any faults and issues promptly
Assisting passengers with tickets, including general advice
Providing the highest possible standard of advice, information and service to our customers
Delivering a safe, attractive retail station environment, with general cleaning
Promoting all relevant marketing materials and useful information
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
