Full Time / Match Day Support Required



An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the West Ham United Ticketing team as a Ticketing Intern supporting the Women's Team. This role is ideal for someone looking to gain valuable experience within a Premier League Club, working at both the London Stadium and the Chigwell Construction Stadium, the home ground of the Women's Team.



You'll assist the Women's Ticketing & Group Bookings Manager with all ticketing operations -- from processing season and matchday tickets to handling supporter enquiries via phone and email. You will play a key role in ensuring fans enjoy a seamless and professional customer experience.



This role requires excellent communication and organisation skills, with the flexibility to work matchdays and occasional weekends.

Key Responsibilities:





Deliver exceptional customer service across all ticketing channels


Handle inbound and outbound ticket sales via phone


Respond promptly and professionally to supporter enquiries by email and phone


Maintain and update customer data with a high level of accuracy


Proactively promote and sell season ticket packages and other ticket products


Resolve customer complaints, refunds and related tasks with professionalism


Collaborate with the wider ticket office team to maintain high operational standards


Provide matchday ticketing support for Women's Team fixtures at Chigwell Construction Stadium


Assist in the execution of group bookings and event ticketing


Continuously seek ways to improve the ticketing process and fan experience

Essential Skills & Attributes:




Strong communication skills, especially over the phone


Excellent organisational and time management skills

Desirable Experience:




Previous experience in a ticket office or contact centre


Experience working in a sporting or event-based environment

Desirable Qualifications:




Minimum of 5 GCSEs (Grade A-C) or equivalent


Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and ticketing systems
