The Role




We're looking for a passionate and trend-savvy TikTok Outreach Executive to join our Outreach Team, focused solely on growing our presence on TikTok. Working with our Global Outreach & Partnership Manager you will be instrumental in shaping and executing Club L London's global TikTok outreach strategy. Your focus will be on driving reach, engagement, and brand consistency, helping to elevate our presence across key international markets.


The ideal candidate will be a passionate, trend-driven TikTok expert who lives and breathes the platform. You'll be obsessed with discovering emerging creators, identifying viral trends early, and a talent for building meaningful influencer relationships that amplify our brand visibility and community engagement on TikTok.

Roles and Responsibilities



Support the Global Outreach & Partnership Manager with the planning, development, and execution of Club L's global TikTok outreach strategy Lead all TikTok influencer outreach efforts, managing both gifted and paid collaborations to drive brand engagement, and growth Responsible for end-to-end relationship management from the initial outreach negotiations, contract execution and ensuring there are clear deliverables & expectations set Research and identify new and emerging TikTok talent aligned with Club L's brand identity, with a strong focus on growth within the UK, US, and other key global markets Stay ahead of emerging TikTok trends, platform updates, audio, viral formats and community aesthetics to inform outreach and collaboration strategies Drive platform-specific growth by identifying new opportunities and building long-term creator relationships that contribute to TikTok channel expansion Collaborate with internal teams to ensure influencer content supports wider marketing campaigns and product pushes Performance tracking & reporting - monitoring creator performance using defined KPIs (reach, engagement, conversions, ROI), maintaining accurate documentation and improving tracking processes Maintain and regularly update the TikTok influencer database to ensure streamlined communication and effective relationship management

More about you



2+ years' experience growing creator partnerships preferably within the Fashion/ Beauty industries Good understanding of influencer marketing and brand alignment Strong understanding of TikTok platform, trends, and content creators Confident communicator with excellent relationship-building skills Collaborative attitude with the ability to develop strong working relationships with key business departments and 3rd party partnerships Highly organised, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment Creative thinker with an eye for brand alignment and influencer potential Desired knowledge of Shopify, Airtable & Dropbox
