Influencer Relations Manager

to take our talent relationships to the next level.

The Role

You'll be the go?to contact for TikTok Shop's top creators - building relationships, managing campaigns, and keeping our VIP influencer network thriving. If you love making new connections, can run a WhatsApp group like a pro, and know your way around TikTok trends, you'll thrive here.

Responsibilities

Manage day?to?day communications with top TikTok Shop influencers Run creator community groups on WhatsApp, Discord, or Lark Onboard and activate new VIP creators into TikTok Shop campaigns Host agency?led webinars, Q&As, and virtual meetups with creators & brands Oversee bespoke influencer campaigns from start to finish Track creator performance, content output, and campaign results Serve as a friendly, reliable point of contact for creators, making them feel valued and supported
What We're Looking For

Fluent English speaker with strong communication skills 1-2 years in influencer marketing, affiliate management, or creator relations Highly structured and organised approach to managing relationships Confident hosting calls, webinars, and group sessions Deep understanding of TikTok creator culture and TikTok Shop A fast mover who loves meeting new people and building community Able to commute to Warrington (hybrid setup with free parking)
