Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organised, people-focused

TikTok Shop Live & Business Project Manager

to oversee livestream operations, manage freelancer relationships, and support internal content performance. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, is strong with data and Excel, and can confidently collaborate with teams at all levels--including founders, TikTok Shop Account Managers, and internal content teams.

You will manage the full calendar of TikTok Shop Lives, ensure operational excellence, and provide clear performance reporting across all channels.

Key ResponsibilitiesTikTok Shop Livestream Operations

Oversee, maintain, and manage the full TikTok Shop live calendar. Book, brief, and manage freelancer presenters and livestream teams. Maintain strong relationships with freelancers to ensure reliability, quality, and consistent output. Collaborate directly with TikTok Shop Account Managers on livestream strategy, product selection, and campaign execution. Work closely with the founders, Head of Lives, and Head of Affiliates to align on strategy and delivery.

Content & Reporting

Oversee Cipher Agency's in-house content channels, including planning, scheduling, and performance monitoring. Produce clear reporting on livestream performance, content output, and operational KPIs. Use Excel and reporting tools to track success metrics and identify opportunities for optimisation.

Project Management & Collaboration

Ensure seamless communication across teams and stakeholders. Coordinate internal workflows and support operational improvements. Contribute to planning, forecasting, and resource allocation for live commerce initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience

Highly organised with strong project management abilities. Friendly, charismatic, and confident working with a range of stakeholders. Strong teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple departments. Comfortable working with numbers and interpreting data insights. Strong Excel skills and experience working with reporting tools. Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
