Role Overview
The company is seeking a highly detail-oriented and proactive TikTok Shop Manager to focus on the end-to-end management of its clients' TikTok Shop presence. This role is central to the brand's TikTok e-commerce operations, requiring excellent organisational skills and a passion for problem-solving. The successful candidate will serve as the crucial link between the brands, content creators, and the platform, ensuring a seamless and successful storefront experience that drives sales and brand loyalty.
Oversees the daily operations of multiple TikTok Shops for brand partners
Plans, schedules, and executes product campaigns and promotions within the TikTok Shop platform
Manages product selection, catalog uploads, and ensures all product information is accurate and compelling
Meticulously reviews, approves, and coordinates the distribution of product samples to content creators and influencers for promotional purposes
Serves as the primary customer service contact for the company's network of creators ("Da Ren"), addressing their inquiries and resolving issues related to products or campaigns
Works closely with brands to ensure all platform messaging, visuals, and product details remain consistent with their global guidelines and marketing requirements
Livestream & Content Support
Provides operational support for livestream sessions by ensuring product links, coupons, and information are correctly configured in the Shop backend
Collaborates with livestream hosts to brief them on product features and campaign goals
Communication & Relationship Management
Acts as the main point of contact for brand partners regarding their TikTok Shop performance and day-to-day operations
Liaises with internal teams to align campaign strategies and execution
Prepares and presents regular performance reports, highlighting key metrics, insights, and areas for improvement to stakeholders
Skills & Qualifications:
Essential:
Previous experience in e-commerce, online retail operations, or brand management
Essential:
Basic understanding of the TikTok Shop ecosystem and social commerce
Essential:
Impeccable attention to detail and superior organizational skills
Essential:
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (proficiency in Mandarin is a strong advantage)
Essential:
Patient and professional demeanor with proven experience in customer-facing or client service roles
Highly Valued:
Natural problem-solving ability with capacity to think strategically, adapt to changes, and manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
Prior experience with influencer outreach or CRM tools is advantageous
