Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Tiler for a fit out project in Liverpool City Centre.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and be proficient in the use of hand and power tools. As a Tiler, you will be responsible for installing various types of tiles in residential and commercial settings, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to design specifications.
Duties
Measure and cut tiles to fit designated areas using appropriate tools Prepare surfaces for tile installation by cleaning, smoothing, and applying adhesives Lay out tiles according to schematics and design plans, ensuring precise alignment and spacing Install tiles on floors, walls, and ceilings with attention to detail and craftsmanship Grout and seal tiles after installation to ensure durability and aesthetic appeal Collaborate with other construction professionals, including carpenters and painters, to complete projects efficiently Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety regulations
Must have a valid CSCS card preferably with a tiling qualification.
Full PPE and checkable references must be available too.
Job Types: Temporary, Temp to perm
Contract length: 1 month
Pay: 22.00-25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 47 per week
Work Location: In person
