Friday: 9am - 5:30pm
Sunday: 7:45am - 4:15pm

About the role
You'll be a key part of the customer experience at Stax - often the last point of contact for our customers, so making a great final impression really matters. The role is varied, and no two days will be the same.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Handling cash and processing payments accurately
Ensuring invoices are correct and up to date
Assisting with customer queries in person, over the phone and via email
Creating, editing and updating spreadsheets
Picking, packing, checking and invoicing orders
Using in-house systems (full training provided)
What we're looking for
Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable manner
Confidence in handling money and numbers
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Organised with great attention to detail
Computer literate and comfortable using spreadsheets
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Reliable, trustworthy and proactive
