Timetabling and Examinations Administrator ( Part time 28 hours per week, Fixed term contract until 30 January 2026)
As a
Timetabling and Examinations Administrator
, you'll have the opportunity to provide efficient, accurate, and customer-focused support to both staff and students. You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring timetabling, eRegister data, and examinations processes run smoothly, supporting the student and staff experience across the College.
About the Role:
Interpret, input, and maintain course timetables in the centralised timetabling system.
Maintain and analyse attendance data using the eRegister system.
Process and confirm examination bookings and assist with the preparation and running of examinations.
Maintain the room catalogue and assist with audits and surveys.
Dispatch examination certificates and examination scripts in a timely and cost-effective manner.
Provide effective customer-focused service to staff, students, and external stakeholders.
Contribute to departmental communication and collaboration across the College.
Essential Qualifications:
Minimum of Level 2 qualification in English and Mathematics (e.g. GCSE 4+/C or equivalent).
Desirable Qualifications:
A formal IT qualification.
Customer Service qualification.
Essential Experience:
Experience of working in a data collection, inputting, tracking, and reporting environment.
Experience of providing customer-focused support face-to-face, by phone, and electronically.
Experience of working in a busy administrative team environment, managing multiple priorities.
Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Office, databases, and digital communication tools.
Desirable Experience:
* Experience of working in an educational administration role.
