What you'll be doing:

As a Toddler Room Leader, you will play a vital role in leading a team of practitioners, ensuring the highest standards of learning and care for children aged two to three. You will take ownership of planning and delivering engaging activities that support children's development, curiosity, and confidence, while ensuring their safety and well-being at all times. Your leadership will help foster a positive and enriching environment where children can explore, learn, and prepare for their next steps.



Teamwork and collaboration are at the heart of our nursey, and in this role, you will lead by example, supporting and motivating your colleagues to deliver outstanding early years education. You will play an important part in maintaining an organised, welcoming, and child-focused nursery environment while developing strong relationships with families, keeping them informed about their child's progress and creating an open and supportive dialogue.

Who we're looking for:

We are looking for a dedicated Room Leader who holds a full and relevant Level 3 early years or childcare qualification and has a passion for making a difference in children's lives. A strong understanding of child development and emotional well-being is essential, along with a sound knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework and the ability to implement it effectively. Your ability to create engaging learning opportunities and lead a team with confidence will be key to success in this role.



Safeguarding is our top priority, and we seek professionals who demonstrate unwavering commitment to the safety and well-being of all children in their care. The ability to build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues is fundamental, and previous leadership experience within an early years setting would be highly beneficial.
